What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as :
Drive the Global Supply Chain Communication Community, ensuring consistent, high-impact messaging that supports the GSC leadership agenda and fosters alignment across global teams and strategic forums.
Lead employee engagement programs for Global Supply Chain, while owning and advancing strategic projects such as the Global Supply Chain Academy.
Act as a trusted partner to the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team, ensuring effective preparation and execution of leadership meetings, including the development of executive-level presentations, documentation, and structured follow-up.
Provide advanced, independent project management and administrative support, driving the coordination and execution of key initiatives, ensuring strong governance, tracking, and delivery of organizational priorities
Manage project tracking and governance activities, including scheduling, preparing materials, documenting meetings, and ensuring structured follow-up of actions.
Develop and maintain high-quality presentations and supporting documentation (PowerPoint, reports) for leadership meetings and key initiatives.
Take ownership of selected projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and timely delivery.
Support budget tracking, cost center oversight, and PO management, alongside general administrative processes (calendar, deadlines, documentation).
Act as first point of contact for internal and external Supply Chain Management stakeholders, providing support across IT, vendor management, procurement, and internal communications (e.g., intranet).
Coordinate onboarding of new hires (systems, processes, training) and manage travel and event logistics, including bookings and expense handling.
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have :
Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Office Management, Industrial Clerk) or equivalent qualification ; a bachelor’s degree is considered an advantage.
Relevant professional experience in project management, process coordination, or advanced office management roles.
Additional certifications in agile project management methodologies or comparable frameworks are desirable.
Practical experience with SAP, Concur, and other relevant business systems.
Proven track record of working in international, cross-cultural, and multi-location team environments.
Business fluency in English and German, with strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
High level of independent working style, accountability, and initiative, proactively identifying needs, driving solutions, and ensuring timely execution.
