HR Administration | Employee Lifecycle | Location : Essen

To strengthen our HR department – as part of a temporary parental leave cover – we are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator who brings accuracy, service orientation, and enthusiasm for modern HR processes.
You will
• Responsibility for maintaining and managing digital personnel files
• Creation and administration of HR documents related to labor, social, and health regulations
• Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
• Advising employees on administrative HR matters
• Supporting Talent Attraction & Retention through relevant HR systems
• Close collaboration within the HR team and with internal stakeholders
To succeed, you will need
• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration
• Completed commercial training or a degree with an HR focus
• Very good MS Office skills and affinity for HR systems
• Excellent German and English skills
• Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and motivation for personal development

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between mobile work and on-site presence in Essen.
